We are going to have three decal get-togethers. One in each city of Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland. They will be hosted by;
Cincinnati - S2K_Cincy
Cleveland - Scooterboy
Columbus - Rogue3308

Also, the folks in Louisville will have their mini decal day, courtasy of pezjunki!

These guys have been gracious enough to host these parties for us. Each of them will decide on what day they will host their event. You can respond here, or PM them individually. It is up to them if they want to PM their address to you or post it here - it doesn't matter to me.

I've been told i will receive the decals during the week of the 23rd. I will be attending the Columbus event, so i will mail the remainder of the decals out. When the other groups receive their decals will be partially determined on when i receive them.

I've attached a decal event to everyone's name. If you cannot attend that decal party, let me and that organizer know - that means i will have to mail out your decals individually. I already know that i will have to mail out the ones that are far away from these three cities.

I will post pictures and instructions on where each decal goes, and any differences between in placement between ap1 and ap2 (rear bumper decal.)
It probably wouldn't hurt to bring an extra chair, squeegee, or bucket along with you.
Also, this goes without saying, but I will say it anyway.......
Once the decals are on your cars, you represent the IRL, Mid-Ohio, Honda, and any other company that maybe part of the decal program and race weekend. You must behave as such. Reckless driving or anything of that sort WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Hopefully, this is the last time i have to mention this.

S2k Cincy, you were sain that you might have the decal party the weekend of the 28th 29th. If I might make a sugguestion that you should try to make it for Sunday the 29th in the afternooish, that way we can all go out and cruise with minimal traffic after that evening. Also I feel like sunday might be an easy day for everyone to have free.

Just to let everyone know, and you're all invited.

I'm going to have a big BBQ at my place the day after I receive the decals from Pete. I'm conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Eastern end of the PA Turnpike, between Trenton and Princeton, NJ.

You're all welcome - just make sure to tell me so I put more than 2 burgers on the grill.
