Default Invida V4 Hangar issue...need suggestions

The rear most (closest to the tip) muffler hangar on my 2006 OEM exhaust is a double hangar. The rubber mount is attached to a single hook on the frame and has two holes to pick up the double hangar on the muffler . The Invidia V4 rear most hangar is a single. I used one of the two holes on the OEM rubber mount to pick up the V4 but it keeps slipping off. I called Invidia and they were not aware of this. I'm thinking about picking up a couple of the single rubber mounts used on the forward muffler hangars to see if that solves this. Anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks

Hrmm, wasn't aware of this. Where is everyone getting their V4 from?

I used the two closest holes in the "3 hole" rubber hanger to connect the exhaust to the car where you are talking about. I'm not sure how yours is slipping off unless you don't have the rubber hanger pushed all the way onto the support under the car or if somehow you don't have the exhaust mounted correctly?? My V4 has been on my '07 S for a month now with no issues.

svmtbman,
I have it set up the same way with the two closest holes on the "3 hole" mount. It's slipping off the muffler. The frame hook has a protusion at the end that secures the rubber mount once its pushed over it. The muffler does not. It almost seems that the hook on the muffler is two short or bent forward. I'm fairly certain that the system is installed correctly. It's pretty straight forward and fool proof. I put a tie wrap on the end of the muffler hook to simulate the protrusion on the frame mount. I'm not sure how long that will stay on. If it comes off, I'm going to try to bend the hook back a bit. Since yours is staying on, I'm guessing that is the likely culprit. It would be hard to hold a tolerance on that part and it could be easily bent in shipping. By the way, thanks for your video, it's what convinced me to buy the V4 and I love it.

Ok, I feel like a dumba** now. I went home last night and looked under the car to only notice that the rear hanger on the driver's side had slipped off the muffler. I pushed it back on real good and it seemed to have alot of resistance so hepefully the WD-40 that was on there when I did the install was the reason it slipped off.

ok guys.. i had the same problem. how did i fix it?

I just took 2 black zip ties.. "thick ones" and zip tied the middle of the rubber to the hanger on the car. basically just pulled the rubber back onto the hanger on the invidia.. holds well.. never had problems since. trust me.. easy fix.. nothing to worry about..

i had the same problem on my drivers side rear 3 hole hanger. here is my attempt at a fix. i had some small diameter rubber heater hose and hose clamps in my garage. i pushed the hanger through the rubber as far as i could and put the rubber hose and hose clamp on the V4 hanger. i also used a zip tie on the OEM hook to keep the rubber from sliding forward on the OEM hook.
i'll keep an eye on it this weekend and post up if it solves the problem.
i did the same thing on the passenger side and this pic is the passenger side mount.

pictures worth a thousand words. passenger side:
