Default CR swaybar on AP1 for street/autocross?

I've done a search and haven't found much on this.

Has anyone used a front CR swaybar on a later Ap1 (2002-2003)?
(I've read that the later Ap1s have smaller front swaybars than the early ones.)
I'm looking for some feedback for I'm looking into getting one for my MY02.

I've run autocross at local and regional events. I have no interest in running R-comps right now.
I want to see how far I can take this on street tires (RE01-Rs). Anyway, the car is very neutral
when I drive 8/10ths but when I take it further in an autocross situation it oversteers a little too
much where I'm spending a good part of the time countersteering (though fun) which kills my
time. Basically, I would like have a little more stability where when the car oversteers ... a little
correction will stabilize the car at the middle and exit of a corner. I feel like I don't want
a too thick of a swaybar because I want a little oversteer. Hence why I'm looking at the CR bar.
I realize I'm not as smooth as a seasoned racer and that's part of my problem. However,
if the swaybar helps ...

BTW: I've had an alignment done about a month ago which helped a little.

* Front toe - 0" toe out
* Front camber - -1.25 degrees

* Rear toe - 1/4" toe in
* Rear camber - -1.75 degrees

Also, If anyone has other recommendations for affordable FSBs ... I'm open.

Thanks in advance.

I have the CR front andrear springs and bars on my race car. I ran the MY00 front springs and bars on the car previously. It seems that the car rolls over a little less with CR parts. As a whole the car is faster with CR parts front and rear than my previous setup(I have not changed tire size or alignment settings only springs and bars). This is on a track, but I don't know how the car will react at an autocross. I have to think it would be similar.

I'm not looking to change the springs and rear swaybar but it's good
to know that you've seen an improvement over the AP1 suspension.
Has anyone just used the CR front swaybar with the stock MY02-03 suspension?

Upon research I've found that either Whiteline, Cusco, or
Tanabe might be a good option as well.

I'm confused about the Cusco one as some say it's adjustable and some say it's not.
I've looked on sites that sell this product and says you can get as an adjustable or non-adjustable but as I go further to purchase the item it does not give me the option to order the adjustable one. So, I'm stumped.

Any thoughts? I'm still leaning towards the CR bar.

How about trying a little more rear camber?

Like half to 3/4 a degree more camber. Should help out rear end stability.

Yeah. Perhaps I should try that too.
I was just concerned about excessive tire wear.

Anyway, I went ahead and purchased the CR bar from Hardtopguy.
It was only $100. The bar is 2mm thicker than the MY02 bar.
So, I'll see if this will give me a little more stability.
I know if I go with R-comps someday that I'll have to change to
an even more thicker bar but I like to do baby steps in this process.
Besides, the biggest improvement I need to make is the driver.

I'll post my findings on if the CR bar improves the stability on my car or not.
My next autocross is in a couple weeks. I hope I get the bar in time.

Too much toe is usually what tends to kill tires. I'm running -2.25 at the rear of my car, with 3/8th toe in, and have zero abnormal wear on the inside shoulders of my tires. This after almost 3000 miles on the tires.

I would dial it up to 2.25, I doubt you'll notice any more tire wear. Don't do the bar and camber at the same time though you need to isolate what you are doing.
