Like i stole it, unless i have a passenger or the roads have heavy traffic. I could take killing myself, but I don't want to take some poor bastard with me.

I tend to drive mine the way it was meant to be driven...this car also likes to be wound out! The car is going to perform how you drive it on a normal basis.

I totally baby my car. Mostly I don't even drive it at all. I just put it on the trailer at my house, and roll it off the trailer at the racetrack. Then, when I'm done, it gets another trailer ride back to my garage.

Agreed. I'm pretty calm in traffic but I'll wind it out and activate my VSA on empty roads. I'm not worried about it falling apart, that sort of soundslike what you're asking about. This is not Honda's first high-rev engine and, aside from their F1 engines, they have a great reputation for durability while being flogged (anecdotally true for my prior GSR & AP1).

edit - I worry a little about my tranny 2nd gear synchro but I'm making an effort not to speed-shift my AP2.

I'd say 80% of the time I baby it. The remaining 20% I rip it. And when I rip it, I rip it hard.

I run mine pretty hard but enjoy every moment of it...Remember V-tec is your friend.

If I wanted to granny drive it I would've bought me a buick.

The question you have to ask yourself is whether you're a buick driver or an adrenaline junkie.
