Well, we are getting married in Aug. We will be staying at the Ritz Carlton for 8 day's and wanted to see what the locals there think we should do for fun?

How is the there? I heard it was pretty good

I just got back from Maui. We went to Hona and up Haleakala. Where is the hotel you are staying at?

Congratulations!

Haleakala for the sunrise is a must (bring some warm clothes) and the "Road to Hana"

i don't think any of us live on Maui, except 1 or two who rarely post so we don't got the hookup for you. My friend from back home went to Jamaica one time though and he was like, **** it, I'll just ask the concierge to get the hook-up.. and apparently that worked.

GOod idea! Finally, someone got my drift

How come no one lives on Maui? I see a lot of threads where people mention Honolulu, but not Maui. Is there something wrong with Maui?

Yeah, i'll be at the one in about a week. I'll be the one without an S. Can't believe i never met you even though you've been living in torrance.

Are you staying at the Ritz in Kapalua i think? I stayed there a few years ago and i barely left the hotel, it has a nice pool and such. I dont know the island that well, but the local food there is good, and there's a beach with black sand that's pretty cool, i also heard there's a nude beach.

I dont think there's anything wrong with maui, its probably my favorite island, at least for vacations

Because Maui is 'lose money'. hehe, no, there's just not alot of people there compared to O'ahu, so there's not alot of S2000 owners as a result. They have some very fun roads though. I still think Chain of Craters Road on Hawai'i is the best road. No cops (its a pay road), no traffic (it's a pay road), pure high speed sex for 70 miles. Anyway, nothing wrong with Maui as long as you don't wrong turn it into some Kihei ghetto zone!
