Default Anyone had an HID go out?

I had the driver's HID go out with 22,800 on the odometer... Wondering if anyone else has? How much do you think it would cost to have one put in? Do you think I could put it in?

One of the S2000's in Houston had an HID burn out. The dealer replaced it at no-charge and mentioned that it is a lifetime replacement warranty item. I wouldn't buy one just yet. Check with your dealer.

This may be completely off topic but it's some what related. If we clear the housing would Honda still cover the HID outtage under warranty? - I know they're not related but then one can argue that placing it in the oven might damage the HID
