OK, it worked well last year, I figure it will work again this year. Meet at the Chevron station at 290/1960. I don't remember what time we met at last year, and I don't have a TWS packet...so someone post the time we need to leave to get there on time. If you live in another part of town other than NW you guys might want to meet up on your side of town then meet us at the Chevron.

I'll be going up there no matter what...just not sure what car I'll be in.

 

The drivers' meeting is at 8:00 pm Friday at the Manor House. What about meeting at the Compaq (ooops . . . hp) parking lot between 5:30 and 6:00. To get to the hp parking lot, exit 290 west at Skinner and turn into hp. Turn left into the visitor's lot and meet there.

I don't think any of us went to the Friday night driver's meeting last year...I'm still not sure what it's for. They have a drivers meeting in the morning on Saturday, everything you could possibly need to know is discussed.

 

I've been to the last two JEH TWS events and both Friday driver's meetings were cancelled. On my first TWS event, I actually took off early from work on Friday and drove to the TWS meeting only to be told at the gate that there was no such meeting. I learned my lesson and called before the my second TWS event and they had cancelled it again. This isn't that bad and actually saves a nights stay at the hotel.

They will have a Saturday morning driver's meeting that will NOT cut into our driving time, since the instructors get the first run of the day.

I just spoke to Lisa and the Friday night drivers' meeting is on. Anyone else going up Friday night and want to meet at the hp parking lot?

i'll talk to tim tonight or tomorrow, and we'll figure out a meeting place for all of us down here. there's gonna be tim and i for sure. trung said he wants to come and watch, but he's not sure yet, and i'm not sure where kevin (itr) lives.

is there anyone that lives around sugarland that wants to meet here first?
