i wish i did a log from start to finish, but i didnt. here are some pics of the faces getting powder coated at jeff's house on sat/sun.

the faces placed in the oven after being sprayed with powder.



after 6 minutes the powder starts to flow.



after 12 minutes it is done and ready to come out of the oven.



the rims are cooling on the racks.



cooling on the racks after the clear coat is applied.



clear vs non clear. the clear makes it look so much better. you can tell more in person than in the pics.

they will be at humpday cause that is when jeff is bringing them back to me. i had to leave them there on sat so he could clear them on sunday. cant wait to see them in person too.

jeff is a regular chef boyardee. he is always cooking metal parts in the oven in his garage.
