Default Test: Dragstrip vs Dynolicious vs GTech Pro

Testing the three with a MINI on a real dragstrip:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-DFbJQbeSY

The cliffnotes:
165.5 whp on a dyno
15.614 seconds @ 91.29 mph

iPhone running Dynolicious:
15.65 @ 91.5 mph
170 whp

GTech:
15.16 @ 92 mph

Not bad at all for thirteen bucks...

Yeah one run on the Itouch/Iphone does not make this "consistent" I'd like to hear more about it from other people and/or other cars.

Plus lets say you try doing this on some abandoned country road... what happens if you hit a bump? The drags are nice and smooth

I'm pretty tempted to get this. It might be a fun toy.

All I can say is go get it. My friend is the programmer and we got to test it in NH prior to release (apple paid the bill to rent the track). Anyway it works quite well and is a load of fun, besides its super cheep. The only thing I would advise is to get a proper mount for the unit.
That's me in the Hertz Mustang- I can't drive my S due to an accident.

. The issue I have with the review is the G-Tech has been proven to be pretty accurate in magazine reviews I've read about it, but for some reason, these guys are way off the mark with it .

I can talk to Justin or you can email him here. I do not know about his return time in regards to emails because since the release he's been super busy, not only with customers, but with apple.
