Hello Everyone!

Speedventures is hosting two track events at Auto Club Speedway (ACS), formerly known as California Speedway, and the Buttonwillow Raceway in September. At ACS, they will be running the Roval configuration for the road course, and Auto-X in the parking lot. At Buttonwillow, they will be running configuration #13 on Friday and Sunday, and the high-speed configuration #18 on Saturday.

You may invite non-S2KI members but please DO NOT post this on other public forums...thank you!

I've received details from Aaron @Speedventures regarding the discounts. You can choose from ONE of the following September packages (you MUST register by August 31 to receive a discount):

Package A

Anyone who signs up for the Auto Club track event and Buttonwillow on Fri or Sat will get $40 off Buttonwillow ($150 Sat or Sun). If they sign up for Friday at BW, they will also get free timing ($130 w/timing). This offer good until midnight August 31st.

Package B

Free timing for all Sunday Buttonwillow signups ($190 w/timing). Free timing and an additional $20 off for Saturday and/or Friday signups ($170 w/timing Sat, $150 w/timing Fri). This offer good until Aug. 31st.

Package C
ACS track signups will get free timing. Offer good until Aug. 31.

Package D

ACS track signups will get to add Autocross for $60/day. Again, offer good until Aug. 31.

i'm tempted to do autocross, but am too lazy to wait. last time i did it with speedventures at ca speedway, i had to wait behind 20 cars for every lap.

Roval sounds fun, thoug

 

but the wait for the autox for each lap is like 5-10 mins
