Well from my perspective as a disinterested observer (I have all the Ss I need!), and bearing in mind that you did not ask my opinion, I see two factors here:
1. I agree the paint job hurts. I like it, asthetically, myself, but the larger "casual" audience won't necessarily feel the same way.
2. The turbo also hurts - it limits you to those who want an FI car and are willing to go the extra mile to care for it properly. Casual buyers won't even give a modded car a look - they want stock.
I only mod cars that I intend to drive until they die, personally. I think you have a nice car, but you've diluted your buyer pool.
Best of luck with the sale; it is just going to take a bit to find the "right" buyer.

, but thats why I took it easy on the price because I've seen stock s2k go for 14k-15k with similar miles. But I don't know
