Default Cleared AP2 headlight owners, smoked amber lenses?

I'm looking for AP2 s2k owners who pulled their headlights apart to clear them out. I've been running this setup for a while now by just removing the amber pieces. The look is a bit naked but looks pretty decent to me. What have you guys done for your car?

The other day I was smoking some lenses and thought it might look better if I re-installed my oem amber pieces into the headlight.

There are 2 pieces per headlight: flat piece which faces sideways and the round one that covers the blinkers

(BEFORE) This is what I'm running now, waiting on the body shop to finish the lenses....

NEW LENSES ready for install:

Aren't there numerous cleared AP2 reflector threads? I've posted in your other threads about this a few times. Here's mine on the right. No closer pics though.

The square peice isn't legal. Reflectors in CA must be amber. The turn signals can be clear, but the bulb must be amber. The sidemarkers on the fenders can be clear, but bulbs must be amber.

Yes you are right there numerous threads

Which white s2k is yours in the pic above? What I was proposing is re-installing the amber reflectors into my lights but first smoking them. Just give me til tomorow and I will post some pics of what I'm talking about.

Mine is the AP2 with the eisenfaust clear reflectors. The AP1 is...I forgot his sn, but he's pretty well-known on the forum. Why not just try the clear reflectors?
