do the fenders still line up with the front bumper flush at the edges?

Thanks everyone as for the wheels that is up in the air as of now.

The Cwest fenders line up perfectly with the front bumper, although the passenger side cape along the hood is uneven, will fix that when my new hood comes in. The car has been sitting for 2 months...
