Pictures of today's (Saturday 3 Feb 2001) S2000 meet in Northern Virginia

The following directory has pictures - all the jpegs for S2000 are "s2000" - easy enough.

Here are a few of my favorites.

OK here are the two usable (and one not-so-usable) shots from today.

The first two shots pretty much explain why I couldn't hack it as a freelance photographer in my youth and had to move into the tech sector...

This final one I take absolutely no responsibility for. We spent a good amount of time at Ireland's Four Provinces Pub in Falls Church. Only Pat (Dliodoir) and I downed a few pints of Guinness. Handing the camera to the waiter, I swear I did not ask him to conceal our identities, but it appears he may have started tying one on a little earlier than the rest of us.....

What a great meet/drive that was!
I am normally pretty fast in posting the meet pictures but me and my girl friend worked after the meet and I was bit tired to put the pics up.
Here are some pics and few more at my album site and you can also view bigger picture by clicking the picture.

Too long to fit in the frame

You can see that silver/red is choice combo among DC,MD,VA owners.

The red one is owned by S2.001K

Great meeting other fellow s2k owners.
I look forward to the next s2k gathering.
I will show up with my car at the next one.
My daugher is still talking about all the
"cool" cars. This is a great site!

GREAT PHOTOS GUYS!!!! I had a great time and seeing you all again and for the first time (please choose the one that most accurately applies to you) has made me think that perhaps it's time for me to return to the board from my self-imposed exile.

Next time we'll get up early and have the No Va Dragon (aka River Bend Road) all to ourselves!
