Default DC Sports Header's Good or Bad?

Has anyone had good results with DC Sports Header on their S2K?

a customer of mine in Italy said he made 9 dyno runs and saw significant gains throughout (same day dyno stock/DC). we also had another customer in Texas who dynoed and gained very little (different day dyno).

i guess the jury is still out.

Via the butt dyno...

The transition to VTEC is a bit smoother. Don't really notice a change in the upper band.

From the butt dyno I didn't notice a change. But as long as I'm not losing any power I'm happy with it.

12lbs vs. 24lbs in SS form actually.

I have my jet hot coated. it helps... I guess. I'm doing something right or my speedo is REALLY wrong because of speeds I'm hitting at certain points of the front straight of Texas World Speedway.

Worth it? Not sure to tell you the truth, but I'm happy with it.

groupbuycenter.com has ceramic for 319.96 shipped. It is almost worth a shot to see if there is any difference. As long as I don't loose power and loose weight of the front, it would be worth it for a weight loss.

You don't need to coat the ceramic one, it already is. People jet hot (ceramic) coat mild steel so it doesn't rust...or stainless steel to improve its thermal properties.

i recently removed my dc ss header from my car, and it was then that i noticed the midrange gain they gave me. when i had them on vtec transition was very smooth, and rpm's below it felt stonger as well. im now using the stock header, it just doesnt feel the same any more. i was very happy with the header but i have to part with it as well as all my other bolt-on's to save up to join the force....forced induction that is
