Sounds like there are new shocks/springs (150,000 yen), new exhaust (139,000 yen) and 17in wheels from Honda.

the "rear view" seems to be a VGS model.

 

I like the wheels on the rear view.

 

How can you tell? What part gives it away?

Cryptically enough I think he might be referring to the V the G and the S on the trunk.
