Phil had great, fast communication. Also shipped out the product the day he promised. Packaged EXTREMELY well. Even the lady at the Greyhound commented on how well it was packed.

Despite the fact that Greyhound was a tad bit late and pretty much horribly damaged my package, Phil was very persistent on cooperating to ensure a proper resolution.

Bought hundreds of items on the internet and Phil was absolutely one of the best to deal with.
