my s2 juss got hit by a drunk driver, how to get $
basically heres the story, 2 lazy 2 type it out again:

but yeah how do i go about and make it so i get my car as "totalled" so i get the whole value. i definitely do not want to just get a check and expect them to make me fix it because im pretty sure it looks like theres frame damage..
nd i have no receipts for my rims, exhaust, wing, amps(which are totally smashed), seats, basically anything.... because i never buy anything from stores.
hahah i guess i fixed my rear hub nd axle for nothing -_-
can i juss get it as totalled, then buy my car back and then part it out?
my front end wasnt touched though, nd my rg rims are still untouched, so probably a heads up i willl have s2000 front end / seats / interior / advan rg's for sale if it is a total loss.
any help / advice appreciated.

Phuck... sorry to see this happen. Luckily I read your story because I was going to accuse you for reckless driving.
As for insurance, I believe they will concider something a "total lost" if the value of the car is less then its repair.
I believe Don and Eli work or associated with insurance companies. They will comply.

its a total man.. they are going to find definate frame damage.. ur bumper pillar looks like its up over some of the rear part of the frame. its gone.
they will let u buy it back in most cases but might be a pain or not worth it.. they should at least let you swap the parts out in most cases. talk with ur adjuster and see what ur options are. it varys with diff companies.
