Default Brembo Gran Turismo Brake System

Well I bought a set of Brembo Gran Turismo Brake System for my S2000 and due to the fact I am running the Mugen M7's and MF10's I will no longer be running this setup. I just recieved them yesterday and I just opened them up to take a picture. I am sad to let this go but I love my wheels! I am just looking to get my money back, I am looking to get my money back so I am looking for 2400 shipped.

Do you have to change the proportioning valve or do any other modifications to the brake system to support this BBK?
With having the large 6 pot system up front and stock calipers in the rear I am wondering if there is an upset in the balance of the braking system?

I don't know much about this mod

This is completely spitballing, but as I understand it the proportioning valve only controls the amount of fluid going to the rear brakes. With this kit, there would be more chance of locking up the front tires (b/c of the ridiculous braking force), but I would think that the rears would have the same chance of locking up since the same amount of braking force is being applied to the rears.
