No note, no insurance information, no car parked in the spot next to me. But the maintenance and security guys at my apartment complex are gonna keep their eyes open for cars that look recently damaged and scraped up.

I had to get to class this morning, but I'll be filing a police report and calling the insurance company later today.

looks like another moron driver that starts to turn out of the spot before they are even close to being clear...sorry to hear this. It's got to be someone that live near there as they wouldnt have parked there, plus it looks like there will tons of your paint on their bumper, so look at all of the cars when you get home.
