The car is lightly modified and it has been very well maintained and in great condition. Just this past weekend I changed the engine oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid.

Maintenance:
Oil changed every 4000 miles (Castrol Syntec)
MTF changed every 6 months (Honda MTF)
Diff fluid changed every 6-8 months (LE 1605/607)
Brake fluid changed every 6 months (ATE Super Blue)
Valve adjustment performed 3000 miles ago
New OEM spark plugs 2000 miles ago
Rear axle nut TSB performed (along with new wheel bearings)
Compression tested ~6 months ago with strong, even numbers across the board

I do my own maintenance as well as for many other board members, they all can vouch for my skills/professionalism.
