I've worked for enterprise rent-a-car for the past 5 years. your typical customer service gig, but I've done everything from car washing to maintaining accounts, to selling crap, to handling billing disputes, and even repo'ing cars.

beyond that, just normal service industry.

pretty much whatever, at this point. I think the most important thing is to be making at least around $1500-$2000/month take home. beyond that, I'll do just about anything minus selling my virgin ass on the corner

given the economy, I'm trying to not be so picky. I just need a change after 5 years of sucking the enterprise dick, and then being pushed away because of bullshit corporate politics.

Hmmm... well you could look at places like Bill Miller, not sure what they are paying lately...

Also go through all the state and city jobs, they have a ton of stuff on their websites, just have to look around. State/City jobs are nice cause they are 8-5 include some type of benifits and retirement and when you leave the office you are done, you can then go play (for the most part).

Sales positions right now are probably tough to come by as our economy recently just went under half of what it was worth last year. On the other hand, who knows, maybe there are some, just look hard.

Over all I would recommend just hitting up as many places as possible. Go and talk to people, keep your eyes and ears open. Looking for a job is a job in and of itself. Just keep positive and remember it will happen, just have to stay at it. If you have any questions for me, feel free to PM me.

Sorry to hear about your job, and best wishes for finding a suitable replacement soon. One bit of advice, keep the comments like below to yourself (or express verbally only to those who know you well) - bitterness, resentment, and immaturity shown via your online persona won't help your cause.

Craigslist is also another place to look for companies wanting to fill positions quickly.

Good luck.
