Morning all

Has anyone else seen the latest honda TV ad? S2k in there.

Saw it at the gym so didn't have the sound on but looks like it's a bit of honda history through the years - bikes/cars/racing/boats/s2k/nsx and then ending up in a hot air baloon!?!

Anyway- certainly an s2k in there red interior - didn't get chance to see what MY it was, didn't see if it had roll-over-hoop speakers etc.. anyone else see?

Just thought it was nice of honda to feature the s2k in their historic line up..

Don't you think that Honda's ads are amongst the best on TV?

I have several of these on DVD that I have obtained from Honda. One of the first, 'Cog', shows you how it was made. Absolutely fascinating.

 

Saw this again on TV the other night and am bemused as to why Honda have decided to run this again with the death of the NSX, F1 and imminent cessation of the S.

I know that's all been said before in the other thread on this but I'm saying it again anyway.

This advert just makes me feel sad for what has happened to Honda and it's sporting heritage.

It's a fantastic advert though with a crackingly moving singalonga tune

 

What about the Honda 'Dream Team' then?

Yeah I do. I've got the Cog DVD too, my mate got me that when he worked at the local dealership. I'll have to dig that out and have another watch of it...

Well I guess seeing as this advert charts the history of Honda up until the present day, I suppose it's more historical now than even when it was first aired, but still relevant in the way it's showing the history of the company... but of course, a crying shame they are not replacing the S2000, or NSX...

 

Yes they do great adverts but they have ditched the F1 (they'll be kicking themselves), NSX and S2000 - back to the car for old folks

Watched die hard 4 last night on dvd, an S gets smashed at the beginning when all the traffic lights turn to green. Think it was a white one!!
