Default My passenger side regulator...

Well I was coming home from work about 20 mins ago went to ut the windows up and hear a loud pop. My passenger side window slowly falls all the way down and will not go back up. Does anyone know how much the part cost and how hard is it to put on? I've been reading through some old threads and hopefully it's not around $600 like some state.

Bill, do some searching on this site about this. Not sure if it's for both windows, but there's a way to reset the window motor. It might just fix it for a little bit though.

Depends on the part that broke. At the link above, the whole regulator assembly runs about $300 plus tax and shipping.

I have NO idea how hard it will be to install.

You'll likely have to utilize the "Contact Us" e-mail option to review your parts options with Jeff, but I'm sure he'd assist you as best he can.

BTW that price for the regulator/motor is a rip off!

That exact thing happened to me! It was the regulator cable that snapped. And most likely it is the same for your car. (common prob)

I ordered mine from HT guy and it was $190 i think. I ghetto rigged the window to make it stay up with a pickle fork under the glass (with rag protecting it) and the handle of it wedged on top of some door support. It worked really good until my regulator came in! The install is not bad at all, it took me about 1hr to do.
