Before I get into anything in regards to the car, I want to go ahead and say thanks to a few people.
No Specific order.
Corey(SlowMotion): Awesome tune on the car, runs/starts/idles and purrs like a kitten. Power comes on so smooth. I know he deals with cars, alot faster cars than mine on a daily basis, but seeing him smile and light up as the power comes on and ripping the rear tires made me know it's running strong. Not to mention being patient and helping work through a couple issues we had.
Jeff Evans(evans-tuning.com): A great deal on my AEM EMS & Clutch as well as boost controller. Even answered a few questions I had. Standup guy.
Tony Palo(t1racedevelopment.com): I bought my 1000cc Bosch Injectors from him when they first came out. Helped me with the initial setup on the injectors in the AEM, and fuel pressures/etc. Another awesome guy.
Now onto the car.
Quick review of the current setup.

I started gathering parts in 09-30-2008 and now it's 04-30-09. A good bit of time, patience is key.
Left @ 7:15am for the tune, apt was @ 10:00am. We should up @ 9:58am in their parking lot. Slowmo's facilities are very nice.
I think I counted 5 lifts, and 4-5 garage bay doors. Showroom, tuning room, and more. Very nice.
Corey was running behind so we didn't get strapped on until almost noon. We left to grab a bite to eat around 11:00, when we got back..it was ready to go.
Cory started setting it up, doing small pulls to get it dialed in. First issue the map sensor. The calibration sheet I was given w/the sensor was incorrect, and we thought the sensor was wrong. We even put on a gm 3bar map and it was still off...so after a few minutes of looking it over, we realized the issue and corrected it. So back on track.
After 1:00 by now mind you. We started making pulls and seeing good power. Halfway through the idle jumped a bit, and was idleing high. Vacuum leak. We looked it over, and could even hear it whistling. It was sucking air through the injector isolators where they mount in the intake manifold.
Stopped again, pulled the rail, and looked @ the o-rings, they weren't sealing. We swapped them out with a thicker oring and we were good to go.
After 2:00 by now. Only issue we had was my wastegate spring. It is a 7.25 spring and it was creeping to 10.5lbs. So on pump gas I was making 430whp on pump. Which imo is beyond the limit(safely) on pump. This only @ 7k. Not even revving it out to 8500.
We stopped there, and continued on with the race tune. I will need to order a smaller spring, say 3-4lbs and swap it out. It will still creep, but shouldn't creep past the 8-10lb mark and keep me within my 400whp pump tune.
I'll try to order that today, or if I were smart and made of $$, just go w/meth..lol. No need for a smaller spring or a race tune..oh well.
So we were @ 415-430whp on pump gas..which is awesome @ 11lbs of boost.
This turbo comes on SUPER hard early in the rpm band and gives an awesome curve. There is almost virtually no lag.
I brought 5 gallons of 110 octane with me for the race tune. Courtesy of Poskey's.
Dumped that in, and off we went. I have a switch wired in for my race tune. Set to the nitrous input, so it jumps to that map/boost level.
@ 15lbs we made 509whp. @ 8k. Not even reving to 8500.
I have no doubt I could see 550whp on this on 20lbs, however @ that point the turbo runs out of steam.
Future plans are to go w/meth and max this sucker out. The motor feels so strong, I can't even explain in words. Something you need to see/hear/feel for yourself.
I may/may not have it out this weekend. Just depends on what I get finished and most importantly the weather. I have some wiring to wrap up under the dash. Tuck/solder/etc. I also need to wire in my coolant guage, and program my Uego for wideband/boost/etc. Trim my bumper and adjust some i/c piping as well as align my rear exhaust. Bolt my battery down, among a few other misc items.
Enough chit-chat, on with the pics.
Pretty much all the pics I took, and a small video from my nikon camera. I took a good bit of video, I'll work it over and try to get it online as soon as I am able, prolly be several days.
Video:
Right Click, Save as: 50mb teaser - Pump tune. The microphone on the camera doesn't do the compressor whine justice..it's insanely loud..

Enjoy.

congrats, great numbers. You should boost creep no matter what spring you have in the wastegate. I put a smaller spring in my full-race and it creaped to the same levels that it did with a larger one in.
I would rather do meth @ that point...fook all the work of pulling it back apart.
As for the spring, Corey, my tuner said that if I put a 3-4lb spring in, that it will still creep, but should would open up slower, and then creep to 8-10psi before redline..so I would stay in the safe zone in regards to my pump 93 octane.
I will try it..if not...meth here I come.
I can drive it, just need to shift before 7k on the pump tune.
how much would it cost to have a dual 38mm Wastegate setup, I DONT want any creeping/or spiking, I have had enough with the Greddy kit
I would imagine I would need two dumptubes as well?
Perhaps just one larger W/G?
