Default aem plumbing. Is this correct (pictures inside post)

Is this correct. I keep getting the Check Engine light. Just curious if my plumbing is wrong or if something else keep triggering the CEL.
The CEL comes on only after i start the car if the car is cold (at one bar or below)If i reset the CEL and the car stays warm i can drive for hundreds of miles and start it up as many times and no CEL. But if i gets a little cold the Cel comes on about 15 seconds after start up. Seems like a vaccum problem. Ok here are the pics. Its an AEM
CAI. This started the next morning after install. Any help before i reinstall the stock box and see if it The intake has anything to do with it. please check
the airsolenoid input and output...do i have these correct? I've reset the Cel
like 5 times. Still no luck. The first time i did have the check vavle backwords.
Then i replaced one of the lines thought maybe i had a leak, Then i replaced all the lines but the replace lines where silicon and i thought maybe not strong enough to hold a vaccum. finnally i replaced all the lines with vaccum lines. still no luck. Any help. Before i reinstall stock box and bring it to the dealer?

Don't worry, you probably have some hoses mixed up.

Send me your cell phone number, and I'll help you get it fixed:

trace along both red hoses, one of them had probably been knocked out of it's connection point.

With the comptech cai you have to invert the vaccum air solenoid did you have to do that with AEM? If you did you might have to switch the lines the are on the one side together.

You might also have a leaking vaccum line. You changed the lines totally... when you changed them did you use a hose that was the right size and not a little to big. They have to hold the right pressure, so if you used a hose a little to big they might leak a little.

Seems like those AEM's are nothing but trouble. My Injen never had any rubbing issues nor, have I ever had a CEL light.

Also, Skogshuggarn, that other noise you heard might be the Air pump. Was it a whinning noise? If so this is what it is.
