OEM lip alone is almost $300 not counting all the repaint at the body shop

This fender and bumper (YES bumper too) has been professionally flared and repainted to perfect, reason the bumper is included in the trade is because BUMPER IS ALSO FLARED to perfection.

how come things aren't fitting right here? specifically at the bumper/fender/hood/headlight area. not a HONDA oem bumper, aftermarket? the lip looks aftermarket as it doesn't have the gasket between the lip and bumper.

any pics showing the inside of the fender, where it was rolled?

im a little confused. how can you pull the bumper? its plastic.
