7/1 UPDATE
Meet up and roll in:
OK given our locations and where we are heading I suggest we meet at the Starbucks on Ulmerton Road (the usual meeting spot for the Cars & Coffee roll in, across from Raymond James Financial). From there we can head south on 275 across the Sunshine Skyway to I-75 and on to Coquina Beach for the start. I assume we will meet Chip & Sortarican on site.
If we plan on being at Coquina Beach by 9:00AM then we should meet at Starbucks between 7:15AM & 7:30AM and be ready to roll out no later than 7:30AM. If you want to get a Coffee or some breakfast please do it early so we can roll out on time. I don't know what kind of traffic we may encounter however we are heading to the beach on 4th of July so there is a good chance it will be busy.
7/2 Update
Here is the Google map to the meeting place at Coquina Beach Park
There is a large open area, I ssume that is where they will be staging us.
We have decided to throw candy. Bring a big bag or two.
We will need to decorate our cars in red white and blue streamers and at least one car will need to have a sign stating our affiliation ( I will take care of that.) I will have extra streamers and tape if anyone needs any. Party stores have tons of RWB stuff this time of year. When we have done other parades, we have used good qhality 3M painters tape (blue) which does not harm the finish.
I will be PMing all involved as to the location of our condo. We invite everyone over for a cookout lunch after the parade, then you are free to head off to other festivities you may have planned.
looking forward to seeing you all.

I'm in Ana Maria Island now on vacation. If I dress my +1 up as the statue of liberty would you accept a Silver Stone?

We are driving the "HEEP" to I don't worry about the sand in the S. Wife and I wak 2 miles on the beach every evening.
Tonight's my last night. Going to Cortez kitchen for dinner. My folks are down from TN and we wanted them to enjoy the beach. I'm gonna take my step dad on the dragon in my S next time I go up to visit. He says there's another road just as good near his place with less motor cycles. He says it's off 321 and Gatlinburg, near I-40 on the way to Cataloochie (I totally mispelled that but you get the idea).
We took pics last night too. It was beautiful. I told my wife about the statue of liberty comment. She was less than impressed.
Been meaning to show up to a C&C or Thurs meet but work conflicts keep getting in the way.
Any one looking for a great vacation, go to Ana Maria! It's quiet and the folks are good people. It's not the loud party scene like so many places today. Reminds me of Daytona in the 1970s.
