Interesting -- Was hoping somehow it was F1 (yea right), but it sounds like this would be really fun too. I'd at least go check out the race once.

I got to see Senna and Prost run in Phoenix in '90 or '91. You really don't see much of the race on a street circuit, but the sound is worth the effort. I was surprised how low the picth of the V12 engine was compared to how it sounds on TV. Be sure and take ear plugs if you attend. If this event happens I'll definitely attend the first year because there might not be a second.
