Default misfire every cylinder

alright, so i got 05 s2k with 27k miles on the odometer.
i got my valves adjusted like two month ago or so.
anyways i barely get on vtec. i daily drive but hardly get on higher RPM.
anyways one day about two weeks ago i decided i wanted to hit vtec and i
hit vtec 2nd gear and 3rd gear. at 7k rpm or so on 3rd gear my CEL flashes so i let go and think wtf is wrong.. so i cruise around and hit vtec again in 3rd gear and same thing again. anyways couple of days ago i borrowed my friends scanner and scanned it and it gave me 5 codes
misfire cylinder 1,2,3,4 and random misfire
WTF!! now i dont no wtf is wrong and im very scared its done any internal damage.

can my valves be too tight causing this??
or is my timing off?
wat damage could've been done internally??

any gurus give me a help..

Get a multimeter and check the voltage on the "knock" sensor
im not 100% sure on the voltage requirements of a properly working knock sensor but a failing one has been known, on most vehicles I have worked on, a random misfire code
get your hands on a repair manual, you can find one online and read up on the knock sensor voltage

Run compression and leakdown tests and make sure its not bent valves.

dude get your valves rechecked STAT. I am in the middle of replacing my whole head right now cause things were outta wack and drove with the CEL on for a month. If its flashing its serious. Get a leakdown test asap too. I have three pistons reading good compression and cylinder three reading low compression and when the head was removed all of my exhaust valves were burnt/warped

yea you will want that done asap catch it before your car has seriously problems. Luckily enough for me i caught it in time did a compression test found that all cylinders compression was a lil low for the exception of cylinder 3 which was criticaly low. This problem can cause a noise as if you had a exhaust leak periodically( usually when first starting up and driving).

My advice though is if you take it to a honda dealer to tell them to jus do a leakdown and compression test otherwise they are gunna charge you to first look at your misfires and move plugs around to see what is wrong then want to do a breakdown to find said problem. Avoid that get the compression test if bad have them add compression and test drive then have them do a breakdown to see if valves are bent.
Which pray they arent cost some money.. good luck

Yea mine was the same cylinder three was real bad luckily enough i had no bent valves they jus added compression and the car runs as strong as ever now

I had exactly the same thing and it turned out to be no1 plug loose.

Don't know why it showed on the other cylinders though. I reset my ecu twice and got same codes. I pulled my rocker cover off and after checking all valve clearances I noticed it when re-assembling everything.
