Default REVVING CAR HARD ON UP HILLS

Hey guys,

I was driving spiritedly today and i came up this up hill and was revving at 8-9k rpm. I have full oil in the engine. Wondering if it's safe to do such thing since oil in the engine on a slope isn't levelled. What do you guys think?

What is the blog you speak of?

I believe the word you are searching for is "BOG" and you do not floor it to keep the engine from bogging...you downshift!

engineers design these engines to be run at 8-9k rpm, no matter what the condition of the road is. be it uphill, down hill, flat etc.

just don't bounce it off the rev limiter for an hour
