Now that I have recovered from the drive home, I'm ready for the dragon again.

When will registration begin?

It is not necessary to register. You have tenure so you can just show up!

Heavy sarcasm above.

Registration will in fact open much earlier (promise).

I am already working on some ideas for a logo and Fontana is sending an updated contract for me to sign.

One of the ideas we talked about was reserving many of the cabins in a particular area so we can create a sort of "S2K Village" and everyone can sort of enjoy the weekend together.

Here's an *IDEA* on what I'm talking about...we would try to reserve all of the cabins inside the red box...

Once these little details are worked on...we'll be able to set up registration. As of right now...a personal goal of mine is to have WTD8 2010 registration up by the middle of November.

Will there be special laws and regulations inside the village? Will we be free to come and go as we please, or will the village be more of a "compound"? Will there be alcohol allowed inside the "village"? Will I need my passport to travel into the village? Will the village have a mayor? If my neighbor constructs a 75 foot tower of tribute to Honda without consulting me, can I report him for violation of code and have him banished from the village? If I an caught breaking the law inside of the village, will the consequences be harsh (code of Hummurabi harsh?) If my neighbors nuts are in plain sight, can I expect for the village authorities to arrest him for exposure before any children are scarred for life?

I will post more village questions as I think of them. Thanks in advance.

That's fine. I'm going to start my own village, except I'm going to call it a "colony".

Who would like to join me and my fine crew in "the colony"? There will be food, shelter and LOVE. I can promise there will be a limit on GREY cars inside the colony, and our monster rollout will happen post-hangovers. I don't want to sound too cocky about the colony, but some people are calling it "heaven".

The only rule inside "the colony" is that there are no rules.... well except that whenever I speak everyone must respond with "aye aye captain!" <--- but that's really more of a guideline than a rule.

You, sir, have a mutiny on your hands.
