Weight of titanium voodoo vs. stock shift knob.
I just received my titanium voodoo shift knob (not the large one) and I just have to say, it works great. I was just wondering why it doesn't weight as much as I thought it would weigh. I compared the voodoo to the stock and realized that they both weigh about the same. Is it supposed to be like this? Btw, my stock is not titanium.
Here's are sizes and wieghts for the regular and magnum Voodoo knobs:
Diameter regular: 1.875"
Diameter magnum: 2.0"
Titanium weight regular: 243 grams
Titanium weight magnum: 284 grams
Aluminum weight regular: 150 grams
Aluminum weight magnum: 175 grams
Neck diameter regular: .75"
Neck diameter magnum: .875
If you have a stock knob, MeTh222, there's no way the Voodoo titanium doesn't weigh much more. Tjhe stock knob is aluminum.

Ok. I have both the stock shift knob and the voodoo titanium(?) shift knob in my hands. They both feel about the same weight. So EITHER my dealer never told me they put on a titanium knob or I received an aluminum voodoo shift knob from Rick. The titanium knob from the Honda doesn't have the black rubber around the side right? I'm pretty sure my shift knob is stock. So Rick, I was wondering if you can check up on the order that you gave me whether or not it was the aluminum or titanium. Thanks.

When you weight the stock knob you have to do with WITH the locking nut!!!
