Pioneer DEH P7100BT

 

I'm looking at this along with the 710BT and the IDA-305. How would you review this HU?

 

works great I love it I use it with my iphone 3gs and it either plays through the bluetooth or I can plug it into the usb that it comes with and use the deck to operate my phone i can make calls from the deck and the remote its pretty sick ....the sound quality is really good also i would recommend getting it

 

Does the door close? i was looking at this one

 

yeh door closes fine no problems at all

 

how's your voice quality on the speakerphone? i have the same HU and had to move the mic because of poor sound quality. moved to dome light but still not great sound quality. even with top up and at low speed. above 45 mph and most people won't talk to me because its too noisy. also using with the 3gs.

 

i have the pioneer aftermarket ibus bt hookup and it works great...people can hear me great with top down on the highway

 

yeh im very happy with my deck I think i made a good choice Im thinking about upgrading my speakers now

I had this installed along with a new DCI - everything works great. Installed mikes in the center of the airvents above the radio door.
