Tim Hamm sent me a check for 3000 dollars. i waited for it to clear to post. We are finally square. Thank you so much for those of you who have supported me and i apologize to those that hated to see my threads on this board. i feel that being allowed to post on s2ki got me my money, period. s2000's rock! i considered buying one when looking for a sports car and if any dealer had one at the time i would more than likely be a owner/member of this board! thank you thank you thank you everyone and thanks to you to tim. i wish you all the best in the future.

Thank you for posting the outcome: all too often the dissatisfied (I' m not saying you shouldn't have been. No value judgement intended here at all) are quite vocal but not so vocal about the resolution. I'm glad that this one is cleared up to everyone's satisfaction.
