End of NSX GT500! S2000 as replacement? No
Ok, so according to the 2010 Super GT regulations mid engine cars won't be allowed in the GT500 class. Car eligible are only front engine rear wheel drive, two doors, mass production cars (doesn't matter if the are discontinued). So what options does Honda have to replace the NSX with? I can only think of the S2k
Based on that thought I did a quick photoshop of what a Super GT S2000 GT500 could look like:

Here's also a link from Jon Sibal reporting the news:

What do you think?

Nice... very good job. Quite believable indeed. Thing is, I dont know why Honda didn't do this in the first place. At least not for the GT300 class. There has to be a reason why. Also, I thought there was an NSX or 2 in the GT300 class?
your photoshop skills are really good !
Love it and hope they make the move.
ps: if the 2 holes on the rear 1/4 panel are exhausts, they should be in the front
the exhaust should be on the front fender, since thats were the engine is, NSX has the engine in the back. Other than that chop looks really good

Just kidding, I'm sure Honda Racing would have plenty of engineering experience with a swap like this (fitment, weight balance, heat management, relocated parts, etc, etc).
