Where in Utah? I'm in Vegas. Could meet you and install.

I'm in Salt Lake City. I'm not sure if it's something that could be done in a rest stop parking lot.

Nothing is missing. You could put it on with what is here, the hardware and seals are just not OEM items. You would also need to either use your current front soft top latches, or pickup a spare set. There are even options like the Izzy Security latches that can be used.

Added pictures with the top sitting on the car as requested. There are no brackets or latches holding the top down and as you can see it is resting on rags. So things might look a tad misaligned because of this.

Just to reiterate, I have never mounted the top on my car so I cannot offer any driving experiences with it.

How do those rear latches work? I'm curious as to what they latch on to.

The bigger piece mounts to the top, the smaller pieces of hardware bolt to the car somewhere. People who use them say they work okay I guess.

I picked up the Izzy bolt in brackets so I was not too concerned.
