Default Has your cup holder ate anything lately?

Hey just wondered if this has happend to any of you guys or if you should maybe take a look!

Not sure about AP2 vehicles but if your like me and you use your cup holder for random crap rather than drinks you may find things go missing!

I have a MY00 so this would apply to AP1 owners forsure and possible AP2?

I put the keys for my civic in the cup holder one day without paying too much attention and I went absolutely insane trying to find them again! Looked under the seats, behind the seats, trunk, all compartments, searched my whole house the keys were nowhere to be found....

After almost losing my mind (I even took the seats out of the car) I was almost certain I left the keys in the cupholder!

So after my car was nearly in pieces I decided to pop the center consol off and TADA! there were my keys sitting on the frame!

If your like me and you keep crap in the cupholder you might want to pop off your center console and see what things have escaped into the depths of your car. It was a civic key with a Viper Alarm fob attatched to it so its not like it was anything significantly small....

...must be an AP1 thing because I am not sure how that will happen on an AP2 cup holder console with sliding top.
