Who is coming with me....
I would like to know who would want to drive cross country with me to attend this meet? I am on the waiting list and I am 100% ready to attend. Who else plans on going. I know some of you guys say yeah yeah, and at the last minute bail! This is something serious... if you know you are broke, can't get a week off, can't afford to do something of that nature please don't post. This is for people that are determined to go.

It is 9 days away from the official registration for the members on the mainlist.
Here is the reminder of the packages offered:

Few things to prepare yourself at this time:
Main List:
*You should know at this point if you have a passenger or not.
*You should know their shirt sizes
*Please think about a possible banquet on Saturday Night.
*Please think about Hotel Accomodations if needed
*Please know your VIN Number
**Very Important**
I advise you to go out and do this today, so you don't have to panic on the day of your registration.
When you register on the website Dec 8th, you will be ASKED:
"Please enclose a PHOTOCOPY of your check for me, as well as the original
-On the Photocopy of the check:
-Please write your screenname, realname, guest name, shirt sizes.
-Please write the correct address, so we can mail out your Homecoming Tickets, shirts etc. "
If you complete this task today, all you have to do is register and mail in your check. If you don't, you'll have to run somewhere and photocopy it, then send it in. This will cause delays, and you will only have 7 days of your registration day to send it in before your registation becomes in valid.
Waitlist List:
*Check your PM box @ 8AM-10AM every morning after Dec 9th.
(the day after Dec 8th, main list registration)
*I have the ability to check if people are reading their PM's, if they don't during register during their registration period, waiting list will move in.
ie: Jane's Registration is on Dec 8th @ 1-3PM. If she does not read by 3:01PM, or register on the Website, by 8AM the next day, Waiting List #1 will move right in.
*The only exceptions are those who are cleared with me, such as out of country members etc.

On December 7th, (The day before) You will recieve an INDIVIDUAL PM, stating your time of registration. It will NOT give you the link to register until the Registration TIME.
Ie: Dec 7th- (PM)
"Jane your registration time is 11am-1PM on Dec 8th 2010."
Dec 8th @11AM you will recieve a PM with the link to register.
"Jane your registration period is now until 1PM. If you do not register by then, you will forfeit your slot to a member on the waiting list"
We are doing this to prevent members from not registering too early when its not their designated time.
Waitlist
Sit tight, and wait for my PM. I know over 1/3-1/2 of the members will forget about the date, time, mail in the checks, and so forth. And those who are far on the waiting list, some of the early waiting list as of today still have not checked their PM box yet and have idea that we are registering already. This applies to the mainlist too. Over 100 members have not even checked their mail yet as of the 1st PM I Sent.

Just wanted to wish everyone luck with the registration process. If you have been checking your updates, checking your PM's as asked, then you should be fine.
We are going to work to see if we can except more S2000 in, but I don't like to shoot the gun this early in the game, and make any bold statements that I can't keep.
I wanted to let everyone know that I am working my best, to make this the best event with the budget that we have. I want to make it clear so I don't dissapoint anyone. Please come to this event with no expectations, but you can expect that I will work my hardest.
Homecoming 2 will be about honoring, celebrating, and carrying out what Mr. Shigeru Uehara wanted us to do.
If there are any "Unusual" Circumstances about this registration, then please PM me. Otherwise, you can address questions on the main thread if needed.
No personal PM's please.
