LOL

Looks like compressed air? That stuff comes out cold, and gets colder as you continue to spray it out. I guess the quick temp change somehow flexes the panel. Pretty neat!

Ooops sorry.

1. Hot air dryer.
2. Spray Air Duster

Heat the area with a blow dryer for 30 seconds to a minute, spray air duster UPSIDE DOWN on dent, keep spraying until it pops. Done it several times on my M3 with dents small and large.
