OK, so I got mine today, and after setting it upand doing some driving, all I have to say is "WOW!". It is a beautiful piece, and it improves the feel of StooK shifting ten-fold.

The best part is, it feels like you are truly connected to the gearbox... No, really. There is that feeling of dull warmth in the round knob as you click each gear.... What a great acessory... and it really helps the Hesel leather boot shine! It's great to have the knob tight with the boot.

Sounds like you got the counterbored knob that sits lower onto the boot. Yep, I too really like my Voodoo knob and its shape; the stock one just seems too high!

Yup, that's what I've been talking about. Shorter shift throws!! Great feel!! You can see the clouds relected in the elemental Ti shift ball!!

Hi nvmys2k

Try this:

I think it was about $130. You have to lose the lock nut and just screw the wee round beastie down tight.

You don't have to get the TITANIUM one do you?

There are various others of different finished for only around $26-$30, and I imagine they will give the same feedback..

Hootsama - You've seen the light! The Voodoo knob is an excellent piece. This was first reported by cdelena back in the H-A.net days.

A couple of us in S. Florida have the Aluminum Voodoo knob, and although it doesn't have the density and polished beauty of the Ti knob, it nearly matches its function and is much more affordable at ~$35 shipped. Here's an old thread with some photos of the AL knob on my car and one that has been laser etched on Ole's White S2K. http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...p?threadid=2526

Enjoy the new knob!

It is the first thing I changed on the car. You will get faster turnaround by buying direct.

Ooops. Thanks for posting the correct address Cdelena. That's the one I used also. Turnaround was fast, knob is a perfect addition to the S2000.
