UNREAL... this thing screamssss all the way to redline. I watched the whole video just drooling.

 

that is absolutely beautiful, no other way to describe it. That transmission shifts so much faster than any human can shift. I thought the Italia redlined at 9k, but it looks to be 8500. Sounds like a motorcycle.

I've never seen a speedo move that fast upwards and downwards, it almost looks fake it's that fast, the g forces must be insane. That sucking noise must be the intake sound, it's wild, very F1 like experience. I think Ferraris really do gain from the company's racing experience, other manufacturers just brag about it and nothing trickles down to their vehicles.

 

If you click on the vido twice it will bring you to the Youtube site. If you read the comments on there people are saying it's a fake...

after seeing this vid ... i doubt its fake

 

I call shenanigans. Like JFUSION said, the 458 redlines at 9000 rpm. Plus, the dash in that video is the dash of an F430, not the new 458. The 458's tach/speedo is all digital.

No question, the car in the video sounds like pure sex and is crazy fast, but it's no 458.
