Default OBX Front strut bar - REVIEW

Installed this strut bar today on my S. A few things I wanted to share in case any decide to get one:

Fitment was GOOD but I had to re-route the cruise control throttle cable
No big deal. Had to remove the servo cap, servo wheel, unlatch the cable and route it through a hole in the the strut bar pillar itself. I don't think this hole was done thinking about the cruise control cable because the bar has 2 of these on each side. Anyhow, I'm glad it was there! I don't like the fact that this is not mentioned on Ads, or other places that sell these but it was a simple/easy fix

Other than that I think its a great bar for the price ($40 shipped) and it looks more original than the usual rectangular, single flat bar. This one has 2 tubular pipes with a reinforcement plate on each end joining them. Welds are alright.

Total install time = 15 mins

EDIT: A front strut bar on the S2000 really does close to nothing for stiffness since we have that huge cross member bar that joins the frame, but cosmetically, I think it makes a big difference in the engine bay. Looks nice

UPDATE:
I looked at my engine bay again and turns out this bar does not properly clear my AEM V2 Its pushing down on the piping which is bad due to the clock and counter clock wise rock of the engine, which will make it worse. Im going to try and add some 2mm spacers. Updates soon.

I have a AEM V2 Cold Air. Clears it by 0.5mm.

It will clear the Comptech intake pipe that connects to the throttle body but I don't think it will clear the induction box on the passenger side strut, but I may be wrong.

But the induction box go all the way to the front, doesn't this bar go to the bolts from your front shocks?

Never mind, I saw a modified comptech with a larger airbox. The original comptech should clear fine. I'll post some pics in a few.

^^ Oil pressure sender. Most people make the mistake of mounting it directly on the oil filter sandwich adapter.

A) Why do you consider that a mistake?

B) Why not mount it in place of the stock sensor?
