Thumbs up Eye Twitching

So about 2 months ago I noticed my right eye ONLY is twitching every (5 minutes, roughly). At first, my mother told me it was a calcium deficiency, so I would drink lots of milk (I have always been a milk person, I dont have a problem drinking it).

Im going to tell you my day-day routine, hopefully finding out whats causing it.

I work out roughly every 3x a week
I take Melatonin (2x 5mg) every night before bed
I dont do drugs besides Alcohol every now and again ((roughly 4x a week I will have a few)) (Not a Alcoholic or been diagnosed with such, but do like to have a drink now and again w/ friends; especially on my days off)
I sleep roughly 9+ hours (1-2am - 10-12am everyday)
Everyday I feel tired, no matter how much I sleep; If I sleep less I cant get out of bed, if I sleep too much I still cant get out of bed. I have been diagnosed with Depression awhile back with my parents declining this symptom. My doctor prescribed me with taking "Sertraline" aka (Zoloft 50mg 2x a day) which did nothing to my mood and/or symptoms of feeling "anxiety/moody." Gone multiple times trying to get different medication, with no success. Parents claim its a "growing up" problem, and its only a phase. With this happening since I was 13, I feel no different than I did roughly 8 years ago (I am now 20 years old). I have been off "Zoloft" for about (4-5) months+ and have stopped taking it a couple times gradually because it wasnt working for me.

MOVING ON....

This started happening roughly 2-3 months ago...and I dont know the cause of it. If people are having this symptom and have fixed it, please share with me. Otherwise, I will have to make an appt with my doctor....again. The only problem is it takes months to get into the doctors office with an appt (he has been my doctor for over 10+ years).

I have searched and found nothing really "useful" that I have already tried. Im starting to think I have "Blepharospasm."

Sentences fixed due to people like this person above.

If youre going to help by posting information (thanks Raj), ok, if youre going to be an asshat, dont post anything. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to find out what Ive posted before.

Sounds like you need a new doctor and a new prescription. What kind of doctor makes his patients wait months for an appointment?

Perhaps it is just stress. I notice my right eye does the same thing when I am under a great deal of stress.

Sounds like you need a drink.

in your day to day, you failed to mention what you do all day. Sounds like eye strain coupled with poor sleep to me. Do you stare at a computer screen all day?
