AP1 S2000 Motor Rebuild
I have an 01 S2000 with 160,000K miles and I am trying to compile a list of what I need for the rebuild. I have never done this before so any advice is appreciated.

Current Setup:
-Comptech Supercharger w/Aftercooler
-Koyo Radiator
-Samco Hose Kit
-New Rear Main Seal
-Upgraded Clutch and Flywheel
-Alternator has been replaced
-HKS Exhaust
-Berk Test Pipe
I'm boosting a little under 6psi right now and my only other possible goal is to get as close to 400WHP as I can later on in the future.
The car is currently putting down 315WHP and I still don't have an aftermarket header, aftermarket throttle body, or aftermarket ECU

My Current List of Replacement Parts:
-Connecting Bolts
-Crank/Rod Bearings
-Rods
-Rings
-Head Gasket
-Valve spring and retainer kit
-Valve guide seals
-Timing Chain
-Water Pump
-ARP Head Studs
My first question:
What do I still need or don't need on my current parts list?
My second question:
What parts should be aftermarket and what parts should be replaced with OEM?
My final question:
What brand, websites, etc. etc. are good for the parts that are recommended to be aftermarket?

Thanks
-Scott

Is there a reason you want to do so much invasive work?
I can givce you one good tip. dont even think about using head studs. Use stock head bolts.

Scott, why do you want to rebuild it in the first place? Is there something wrong with it, or you just think it is time?
If you are planning on boosting higher then you are NOW, Build a block for that goal.
If you are happy with it now, and have to replace it, buy an OEM shortblock and call it a day.
