So the INDY people (northlands) have come back saying that they would be happy to provide us (s2k club) with an area inside the gates to park and show off our rides. Basically an enthusiast zone if you will.

I am still waiting to hear back about more details like roll in/roll out, security, yada yada... but who would be interested in putting their car on display?

For those that do, I have been told you will receive a GEN ADMISSION ticket for the day.

Ooo...hard to turn that down. I'd be in for the Friday or Saturday, I kinda want to avoid the raceday.

some more info:

1. The cars could be loaded in Thursday evening or Friday morning before gate opening.

2. They can stay overnight or drive in an out every morning/evening dependant on what the members would like to do. There is no tent so the cars would not be protected from the elements overnight.

3. There is 24 hour security on the grounds. During the days it is staffed security and at night it is a hired security company that does constant surveillance of the grounds but is not dedicated to one area. Volunteers will also be positioned in the Adrenaline Alley at all times during gates opening hours.

4. There is a potential for power if there is a need.
