Default S2000 as-new only *2,500* miles *reduced*

[UPDATE]
I'm lowering the price to $18,000. Folks, this car truly is like new and still smells new. It has never been parked outside for more than a couple of hours. Also included are a some extras: OEM cover, OEM behind seat pocket, OEM titanium shifter, Honda brochure, all original documents.

Btw, is it proper etiquette to crosspost to the other forsale subforums here?
[END UPDATE]

I have a mint condition S2000 with approximately 2,500 miles. It is silver with red leather. Completely stock. Everything works. The car looks and smells new. The top works and looks new. The paint is perfect and was only washed by hand.

It's a model year 2001 and I'm the original owner. It has been stored in a garage under a cover with occasional weekend drives, hence the low mileage. This car has never seen rain. This model has the excellent 9,000rpm redline engine -- everyone here probably already knows this.

I have all the original paperwork, keys and accessories, including the window sticker. This is a great opportunity to buy a special car. The S2000 was built at the same factory as the Honda NSX supercar. I would like to see this go to a good home.

I can show this by appointment in the San Mateo area. Please include your phone number for prompt response.

Would be interested in trade for a nice NSX or an MV Agusta Brutale.

Please contact me at paulnerd at gmail dot com.

Scams and low ball offers will be ignored. Thanks for reading.

[EDIT]
Oops, forgot to include a price. I would like to get $19K for it. Is that reasonable? Please post pricing feedback and valuation models/advice on this thread.

I'm only selling due to lack of garage space. Just added a second NSX to the stable.

for pricing...look at nada guides and kbb...take the highest nada price and the highest kbb price and price it in the middle of two. Though I know most don't really use nada very much.

^ forget KBB. this condition/mileage s2000 doesn't deserve to be rated by some "car site" and you will certainly get more than KBB pricing.

used 91 NSX with 20k miles still runs over $50k .

why?

He asked for pricing opinions. I gave mine. Who's gonna pay 3k over what it's worth?

It might have more value to the seller because it was never driven a lot and barely has any miles on it, but it's an 01. 9 years old. Less miles gives more value, and it does. But not 3k over it's value.

And a nsx is in another category than a S.
