Everyone is responsible for their own food, beverage and gratuity expenses. Being a large group, don't be surprised if an automatic 17+% gratuity is added to your bill (this is typical in the restaurant industry).

I would really like to go to this, the only trouble is that I have dinner plans at the same time with another group.

We are all heading out to Hooters on Expressway, if you guys want to meet up there that would be awesome, because then it would be an even larger group.
