2010 SCCA Solo national championships
[QUOTE=josh7owens,Aug 8 2010, 06:38 PM] I tried both of them both way and the 1st gear bouncing off the rev-limiter got the job done better
for atleast the attempt I tried the second gear stuff. I would love to come but my boss has me working at 1 on Sunday. If it was a Saturday event again I would be available but it's not
Plus you pros kick my butt up there.

I would list the names but my sportscar mag is at work. The str car listed to win was a orange/yellow miata with a huge wing and decals all over it. Who ever that is. If someone doesn't post them by tomorrow I will.
The picks are in SCCA's SportsCar magazine. This is the complete STR statement... "Matt Glagola and Thomas O'Gorman will lead the S2000 group in STR, while Mike Lillejord may have his Solstice ready, and Chris Harvey will be trying to keep up with Ken Motonishi in their MX-5s."
Oh, and they did pick Scott McHugh for BS. The list of S2000 contenders is Nick Barbatos, Greg Hahn, Jeff JAnzen, Bob Klinger, Eric Peterson, Tommy Pulliam, Marc Pfannenschmidt and Joey Schilling. Solstice contenders are Patrick Griffith, Paul Koziak, Adam Ruff, Eric Kriemelmeyer and Lynn Rothney. They also mention NSX driver Vivek Goel.

I just hope a s2000 wins. If a miata wins thiers gonna be atleast a couple top drivers debating on switching over. If I has to pick the s2000 driver I'd want it to be Thomas O'Gorman because hes repping a ap1 and thiers been alot of talk about the 06+ being better.
As for bs I want marc to win bc hes a local haha. good luck everyone thats going though. I'm way to underprepped to even put down decent times against you guys. I'll be there next year though.

Mike Lillejord's Solstice is ready... he won Packwood over the weekend.
My money's on Ken in the Miata, though.
