05' Berlina 68k Miles Kansas City

Well, After some hard core financial reasoning, I have decided to let my S2k go. Still at this point one of the best cars I have ever owned. However I have to make room for my next purchase.
I bought this S less than a year ago in Kansas on Nov 22nd 2009. She was a 1 Owner before (Making her a 2owner now)
I will be 100% upfront about everything with this car, I am not looking to make a buck on the car, Only looking to pass her on.
First off the specs:
2005 Berlina Black
Currently at 68k miles and Daily Driven
Oil Changed on schedual, No metalic Residue, Mobil1 10w30 summer and 5w30 Winter. No Issues burning oil/smoking.
Car has NEVER been wrecked, Only impact was with a racoon mentioned below.
Current Modifications:
"Cut Hood" Vented hood. Possibly trading for a stock hood.
ASM Style Urethane Lip, Possibly Trading for an OEM Bumper
Neuspeed Springs on stock struts (All good)
Gutted Lower Airbox and Plenum
Flat Black AP1 Wheels
Matte Black OEM Spoiler Lip
Windows Tinted 30% Rear, 15% sides, Windshield Strip
Sunvisors Removed (Can be re-installed)
Ipod Molded into cuholder Lid and Docks to HU
Pioneer Primer HU
DCI Adapter for Dash Controls
Fenders Rolled and Flared
CR Sidemarkers
Debadged
Headlights and Tail-lights Tinted (Removeable)
HID Highbeams and Matching Lowbeam Bulbs
Defects:
Infamous Top Wear/Tear in the corners where the frame Pinches. The driver side is the only tear and is about 1.5" long. This will be Patched and Stiched ASAP.
Quite a bit of Rock-Chips in the front bumper, However this will be resolved when/if I replace the bumper
If the current bumper is kept, it needs re-painting along with the lip from an incident with a racoon
Windshield has 2 rock chips, No cracks
Heel Wear on Drivers side Carpet, Can be hidden with the over-hump floormats
6 small dings on the passenger side, 1 on the drivers. No Paint damaged and can be removed with PDR.
Car is in need of a good Buff in wax, will also take car of this ASAP.
Small paintchips around very egde of fenders from Roll and Wheel rub. This has been cleaned up and touched up however is noticeable from Close inspection.
Tires are fairly Worn, however I am looking for a set of AP2 wheels and tires that will resolve this.
Please note, I am still driving the car, and will be making every effort to return the car to a stock pristine condition. If you are interested in purchasing the car As-Is feel free to contact me and we can work out a deal. I will be calling my lender this afternoon and getting my payoff amount. I will adust the asking price at that time.
I am semi-interested in Trades+ cash for a Motorcylce (3k or less) or a Beater (Civic hatch)
